Jared Zola joined Dickstein Shapiro’s New York office in 2006, as an associate in the Firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice. Mr. Zola focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation. His insurance coverage work includes the representation of policyholders, as well as analyzing coverage positions on behalf of the insured and negotiating settlements with prominent property and casualty carriers, securing more than $100 million for the Firm’s clients. He has dealt with several significant and complex insurance coverage disputes. These include bad faith, asbestos, directors and officers, advertising injury, and first-party disputes.
