Rachel Wrightson joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2005, as an associate in the Insurance Coverage Practice. Ms. Wrightson has commercial litigation experience in federal and state courts, and has represented clients from a variety of industries in a broad range of mediation, arbitration, and litigation matters. Her insurance coverage work includes policyholder representation, analysis of coverage positions on behalf of insureds, and negotiating settlements with prominent property and casualty insurers. She has dealt with significant multiparty insurance coverage disputes including issues related to tort liability, property damage, directors and officers liability, and bad faith.
