Kenneth Trotter joined Dickstein Shapiro LLP in 1999, as an associate in the Firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice. He devotes a significant portion of his practice to the representation of policyholders in disputes with their insurance companies. He also represents defendants in a series of class action lawsuits alleging product-liability and related claims. His client representations include litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the country as well as arbitrations.
