Amy Nice joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1989 and is head of the Firm’s Immigration Practice. Ms. Nice focuses her practice solely on business immigration law. She develops strategy and prepares petitioning papers for a broad range of employment-related immigration benefits, and works with employer clients to develop systematic methods to ensure prompt, complete, and efficient provision of immigration services as well as compliance policies for workplace enforcement of immigration rules. She provides counsel to a variety of U.S. employers, including major universities, healthcare providers, and financial services institutions regarding a broad range of immigration compliance and agency facilitation issues before the federal agencies involved with immigration. She is listed as one of the
