With the exception of a two-year period during which he taught law, Peter Morgan’s professional life has been devoted to the private practice of law at Dickstein Shapiro
LLP
, where he became a partner in 1986. Mr. Morgan currently serves as the Firm’s general counsel and head of the Complex Dispute Resolution (“CDR”) Practice. His practice has involved litigation and counseling on both civil and criminal matters, in areas as diverse as federal antitrust, securities and patent laws, state product liability laws, and government ethics laws. The core of his practice in recent years, however, has been complex dispute resolution.
