It is unrealistic to think that all individuals successfully can cope alone with every personal problem that confronts them. The Firm is interested in assisting those who need help by providing counseling on a confidential basis. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to assist employees whose personal problems adversely affect their quality of life and ability to perform satisfactorily on the job. The EAP offers initial assessment, referral services, and short-term problem solving, either in person or over the phone. There is no cost to the employee for the services of the EAP counselor and all contacts are held in strict confidence.
