The Diversity Committee at Dickstein Shapiro is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the Firm’s diversity initiatives and proactive policies. The individuals on the Committee are of diverse personal backgrounds and professional roles, and include the Chairman of the Firm, several partners, associates, and staff members.
